Who we are

Computers have become an integral part of our daily lives, seemingly more so every day. However, not everyone has had the benefit of learning how to get the most out of them. Techease Consulting was started with the goal of assisting home and business clients to maximize both their time and productivity by eliminating the hassles of handling these issues on their own.

Since 2005, Techease Consulting has worked with New York City clients to meet their various technology needs.  Our technicians are Microsoft certified and have worked in the information technology field for at least five years. Our goal is to provide reliable computer support without the use of jargon and technical terms that often leave clients confused. We feel it is just as important to communicate clearly with our clients as it is to solve the problem.

Techease was started by two college educated technology consultants, who pride themselves on their technical expertise as much as their customer service skills. They recognized that clients don’t want to wait on hold to speak to untrained technicians reading from a script or carry their computer to a store. Our ability to satisfy our clients has lead to word of mouth recommendations to be our primary form of advertising.
